577 Chem Screed is a solvent free, high strength epoxy mortar formulated for resurfacing and protecting concrete in chemically aggressive environments. Supplied with its own primer, its high build consistency allows application from 10–30mm (3/8″–1¼″), making it ideal for repairing worn or damaged cementitious surfaces while providing exceptional compressive strength.
Engineered to resist aggressive chemical attack, the system withstands prolonged exposure to 98% sulphuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid, and 75% phosphoric acid. The cured material forms a dense, chemically resistant barrier that offers long term durability under constant mechanical loading, frequent washdowns, and industrial exposure.
