Flange Repair
Flanges and Mating surfaces on pipes, pumps and valves can become distorted and scored through repeated dismantling for maintenance, cleaning and gasket replacement. Many problems that arise from the failure of gaskets in flange faces can be contributed to the poor condition and uneven surface of the damaged flange face. This problem can allow leakage in-between the gasket and the flange face, causing product loss that in turn means financial loss as well as eventual gasket failure and costly replacement.
