551 ER Membrane is a solvent based, fibrous acrylic coating developed for emergency roof and gutter waterproofing and leak sealing. The system can be applied directly to damp, weathered, or manually prepared surfaces, making it ideal for reactive maintenance and in-situ repairs.
Curing at temperatures as low as 5°C (41°F) and becoming showerproof in just 15 minutes, it creates a flexible, UV-stable membrane that protects against further moisture ingress. Suitable as a low cost, short term sealing solution for a wide range of roofing materials, including mineral felt, GRP, metal, and concrete.
