524 DTM WB is a two component, water based epoxy coating designed for direct-to-metal application, providing long term corrosion protection in a single coat. It bonds seamlessly to both prepared and previously coated metal surfaces, eliminating the need for a primer.
Its fast curing properties reduce downtime, with curing possible at temperatures as low as 5°C (41°F). With a 90-minute usable life, this product is ideal for use in demanding industrial environments. 524 DTM WB provides effective corrosion protection and is low in VOCs, making it suitable for use in environments where toxins and harmful emissions are a concern. The formulation is both user-friendly and environmentally responsible, whilst providing durable protection.
