509 MCU is a solvent based, moisture cured urethane primer designed for metallic surfaces and previously coated steel. This single component zinc-rich primer offers fast drying, excellent adhesion, and reliable corrosion protection, making it ideal for use in marine and industrial environments.
The coating is compatible with Resimac polyurethane and UV-stable topcoats and provides a generous 24-hour overcoating window at 20°C (68°F). Its ease of use and extended working time make it suitable for rapid maintenance projects or large scale structural applications.
